How referrals work
When you submit an enquiry through a form on this site — for example, a request related to a specific area, property type or budget — we may pass the details you provided to one or more participating agencies, developers or independent professionals (such as lawyers or property managers) whom we believe are relevant to your request.
You are never obligated to proceed with any professional we introduce you to, and submitting a request does not create any contract between you and Buy Villas in Bali.
How compensation may arise
Some participating agencies, developers or professionals may pay us a fee or commission if your enquiry leads to further contact, a viewing, or a completed transaction. In some cases we may also receive a fixed fee simply for passing on a qualified request, regardless of outcome.
We do not charge site visitors for using the tools, guides or forms on this site.
What compensation never changes
Editorial content — area guides, checklists, calculators and comparison tables — is produced according to our [editorial policy](/editorial-policy/) and is not written or altered in exchange for referral fees. No paying partner receives more favourable coverage, higher rankings, or altered facts because of a commercial relationship.
We do not accept payment to publish specific prices, yields or availability claims that have not been independently verified.
